Following the inspiration of one of Cambodia’s eldest merchant buildings, Chinese House, which up to the recently served up unrivalled contemporary French-Asian cuisine, modified its bearing and now presents a new culinary horizon. An elaborate Shanghainese menu incorporating traditional Chinese elements such as colour, aroma and taste, with a stronger emphasis in the particular use of seasonings, the quality of raw ingredients and original flavours.
To keep up with the restaurant’s evolution, a new menu including Chinese translations was designed. A clean, readable and stylish approach was created, featuring four independent menus for the different spaces: Society Lounge, À la Carte, Cocktail and Wine.
